Sachin Kumar is an Indian based contemporary realist painter working with acrylics on canvas. His main area of study is to take traditional subjects and depict them in a modern style, a wonderful mix of nostalgia and modern day culture. [read more] He love the depth and vibrancy of acrylics and work with very small brushes that allow him to retain a smooth surface on which he can indulge in the fine detail that shows his artwork to be a little bit sharper, a little bit cleaner and a little bit brighter than real life. Sachin Kumar has completed his Bachelor in Fine Arts from Delhi College of Arts. He has also been a part of the group painting organized for Common Wealth Games and workshop held by NDTV in 2010. He has been an active participant of Annual Art Exhibition in College of Art. He was also selected for a National Level Student Workshop in College of Art, Mysore (CAVA).
